There are NO FREEDOM but tall and long walls with lots of turret that will protect all the citizen of Section 18 for the outsider.

Polices will PROTECT the inside of section 18 from any criminals.

Soldiers will patorling outside the walls to make sure that there THERE ARE NO ANY HOSTILE near Section 18.

Any hostile will be permanently SHOOT TO DEATH.

There are NO MERCY to any hostile, unauthorized citizen and citizen that pose any threat.

Everyone will be treated all the same whether LIKE IT OR NOT.

Everyone must WORK.

Everyone must OBEY all the law and no exception.

Any unsatisfied citizen WILL BE IGNORE if the citizen will not pose any threats to the Section 18.

Section 18 where everything will be recorded and everyone is a PAWN.
